The existing administration building was getting too small for their needs. The brief was for a new addition to their existing group of buildings which consists of a large conference room fitted with audio visual equipment, a counselling office, storage facilities for furniture and equipment and restroom facilities to cater for use at maximum capacity.

Our proposal, which was constructed speedily, was a separate building linked by a transparent glass corridor thus connecting the existing with the new without impacting on the existing building.
