The repeat client wanted a fresh look to align with their rebrand within the same tenancy.  The small floor area required careful planning as every millimetre counted to fit a heavy functional and spatial program including food theatre.  Additionally, the location of the tenancy within the centre is somewhat concealed in an obscure corner albeit a minor access point is nearby.  The large walls leading to the tenancy offered opportunities as canvases for graphics and points of interests.  The result is a high impact store that pops out from its otherwise concealed corner.
