Our approach to the mixed-use typology is informed by successful traditional and contemporary international models with an emphasis on sustainability both between the architecture within the physical environment and urban fabric on a macro scale as well as the functional and human interplay/interaction that inevitably exists between the residential and commercial components with the aim of creating a community on the specific site on a micro level.
