The ground level will be dedicated to commercial tenancies while the two top levels will consist of residential apartments. The developer had the vision of contributing to the supply of quality housing stock in Perth as well as to activate the site which lacks amenities and services to the community. The prominent corner lot is an ideal location for an iconic building which contributes to the much needed diversity of housing typology in the area.
