As part of the expansion and re-branding of Bosu Sushii, the client opted for a fresh new look.  The appearance of this outlet is in complete contrast to our previous designs.  The materials palette and colours were selected to achieve a ‘white and bright’ environment which places emphasis on the colourful food on display.  We’ve introduced linear lights in the ceiling to draw attention into the shop.  The only form of colour comes from the organisation’s logo on signage and graphics externally and internally.

Such is the usual challenge for small food tenancies, we’ve yet again had to squeeze in a full blown kitchen inside of a tiny floor area whilst still maintaining adequate room for staff work flow and movement as well as dining especially during peak hour traffic.
