Sushimaster St Martins
Our goal for this concept store was to create something unique in the vicinity that will draw attention to the establishment. There are two ‘performance stages’ dedicated to sushi making and the seafood grill. The idea of ‘people as signage’ was basis for the shopfront which was derived from the fundamental merchandising principle of ‘people attracting people’. Playing with this idea, the signage incorporated the bench seating which framed seated patrons at the window.
