Nagomi Sushi Kiosk
Continuing with the success of the first outlet we designed for the client, they’ve approached us again to establish their identity with another outlet.
The client was attached to the colour and material scheme of our previous design and wanted to continue the similar striking colours for this design. We’ve introduced the use of smooth exposed plywood in contrast to the stone-like wall tiles. We were interested in the finer details of the layers which exist in the plywood and the rough and tactile surface of the tiles which gave the kiosk dimension as oppose to other typical kiosks with shiny surfaces all around. To keep the theme constant, vertical surfaces were strategically placed, some skewed and sharp, to provide a level of dynamism reflective of the energy and movements behind food preparation.
