Situated in another very odd shaped tenancy, this is the latest from our repeat client Bosu Sushii.  We suspect that the client has chosen increasingly awkward tenancies just to mess with us!

Again, innovative planning was required to fit a full scale commercial kitchen, the usual servery and a small dining area.  As with the other outlet, the challenge was a tiny budget to achieve a high impact store.  This was done through the use of inexpensive and rather common building materials.  The use of timber textures accentuated by the existing bare concrete blocks set against the black ceiling and walls, really gives us that punch-in-the-face impact.  As with the original concept store, the highlights of intense red splashes from the logo were the focus – like a bloody scene from some good ol’ Yakuza films.
